These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 3DOS platform. By creating an account or submitting a case, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

The platform is intended for licensed dental professionals. You confirm that the credentials you provide on registration are accurate and current.

Your account

  • Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Submitting cases

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the digital scans and case details you submit.
  • You confirm you have the necessary patient consent to share scans and treatment information with us.
  • Once a case is approved and enters production, modifications are no longer possible.

Pricing and payment

  • Pricing for each case is shown before approval.
  • Invoices are issued per case based on type and number of stages.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of service.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your case data. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to fulfill your orders and operate the platform.

Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
