How do I create an account on 3DOS?

Click "Register" at the top of the page, fill in your details, and submit. Our team will verify your professional credentials and activate your account, usually within one business day.

What file formats do you accept for digital scans?

We accept STL files for all aligner, retainer, and refinement cases. Make sure your scan is closed-mesh and exported at the highest available resolution.

How long does a typical case take?

Aligners and retainers are usually printed and shipped within 5–7 business days from approval. Refinement cases vary based on complexity. You can track each case in real time from your dashboard.

Can I modify a case after submission?

Yes. While a case is in the "Waiting Approve" stage you can request modifications with a note. After approval the case enters production and changes are no longer possible.

How am I billed?

Each case is invoiced based on its type and the number of stages. Pricing is shown before you approve a case, and your statements are available under Settings → Billing.

What kind of support do you offer?

Our team is available via WhatsApp, email, and the in-app chat on every case. Average response time is under 30 minutes during business hours.
